I am a PhD Candidate at Duke University in the Department of Sociology and the Sanford School of Public Policy.
My research primarily focuses on institutions of social control and the families that navigate them. I am also interested in intergenerational transmission processes and the reproduction of inequality.
I use a wide variety of quantitative methods and types of data, mostly in the US and Denmark.
